1. What we collect
Data is collected in exactly one place: the demo request form. Nothing else on the site requires registration or an account.
- Name — so we know how to address you (required)
- Phone number — so we can reach you (required)
- Hotel name and type — so the demo fits your property (optional)
- Technical data — the time of the request and the result of the bot check
2. Why we use it
The information is used for one purpose only: to contact you about the demo you requested and to present the system in the context of your property.
We do not sell, rent, or pass your data to third parties for their marketing.
3. Where the data goes
When the form is submitted, the data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our api.safora.uz server, and from there is delivered as a message to our team's internal Telegram channel.
Our servers are located in Uzbekistan. Access is limited to the team members who will contact you.
4. Third-party services
Two external services are involved in running the site:
- Cloudflare — content delivery network and protection layer. It processes technical request data, including your IP address.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the form from automated spam. It verifies that you are a person and sets no tracking cookies.
5. Cookies and tracking
The site uses no marketing or advertising cookies, and carries no advertising-network tracking pixels.
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so opening a page sends no requests to external font services.
6. How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept as a record of contact. If no working relationship follows, or if you ask us to remove your details, they are deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data about you we hold
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your data entirely
- Stop contacting you
8. Children
This site is intended for business owners and hotel staff. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes
